The UK Deaf Leadership is a virtual event created by the partnership of Deaf & Hearing Trailblazers and Action Deafness, two of the UK's leading organisations dedicated to the empowerment of individuals everywhere.

The role of Deaf leaders is rapidly changing, we do not live in the world of 25 years ago.

Our speakers, who are deaf and hearing provide our audiences with the tools, knowledge and skills to becomes effective leaders in various sectors, including business, politics, education, and community organisations.

Advocacy and Awareness:

Raising awareness about the capabilities and contributions of Deaf leaders, and advocating for greater inclusion and accessibility in all areas of society.

Role Models and Inspiration:

Highlighting sucessful Deaf leaders as role models to inspire and motivate others within the Deaf community to pursue leadership roles and take on new challenges.
