Section 1 of our training programme is approved by The Institute of Leadership
The Inclusive Leadership training programme is made up of five progressive parts in two sections.
Everyone is expected to complete Section 1 so that Inclusive Teamwork Values are experienced and reinforced.
You then progress to Section 2 at the level that is currently appropriate to you in your working or volunteering lives.
We do however, reccommend the completion of Part 3 Leading Inclusive Teams before taking on Part 4 or 5, so that you have a thorough grounding of the Adair leadership framework.
SECTION 1

Part 2 Understanding How Inclusive Teams Work
SECTION 2
Part 3 Leading Inclusive Teams
Part 4 Inclusive Operational Leadership
Part 5 Inclusive Strategic Leadership
Testimonial
"I had an incredible weekend of training and reflection on what it truly means to build an inclusive team. It's inspired me to keep working towards becoming a leader who creates spaces where my team can shine.
Reflecting on past expereinces, I can't help but think some leaders I've worked with would really benefit from this course - I've gained so much clarity on what it takes to lead inclusively.
Thanks to Deaf & Hearing Trailblazers for the invaluable lessons.
Highly Reccommended!"

When friendship support and understanding is shared; and positive attitudes are fostered through our activities, the experience can be mutually rewarding for deaf people, their hearing friends/colleagues and their families.
Through the DHT training programme, a variety of personal, leadership and work skills will enable deaf and hearing people to become positive role models for future generations of young people and adults.
Partnership is a two-way process: encouraging deaf people to empower hearing people in their understanding of deaf people and their diverse culture, for hearing people to empower deaf people to succeed in a challenging society where communication barriers exist.
A belief that deaf and hearing people can work together, and deaf people can provide an added value to positions of responsibility and leadership in society.
