The Institute has confirmed that Deaf & Hearing Trailblazers are the FIRST deaf organisation in the world to have its training programmes accreditedas Institute Approved and we are rightly very proud of this achievement. This training is also designed and delivered by deaf and hearing tutors.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INSTITUTE APPROVED FOR OUR LEARNERS ?

It is our Inclusive Leadership training programme, Part 1 and Part 2 that have been awarded this accreditation:

Part 2     Understanding How Inclusive Teams Work

Our learners have TWO options available when they complete our training:

1. A certificate from us with The Institute branding and CPD points awarded, plus:

- A certificate from The Institute of Leadership with the title of Associate member.

- The right to use the letters AIoL after their name

Our Inclusive Leadership training programme is now accredited by The Institute of Leadership.

This confirms that the programme has been independently verified and meets the evidence-based standards of their Five Dimensions of Leadership: Authenciticy, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration, as well as highlighting their commitment to investing in enhanced leadership capability.

The external validation gives you the confidence and conferns credibility and confirms that the training we are offering has met The Institute's quality standard, which sets us apart in the market and gives our clinets conficence in us as a training provider.

We believe in the need for continual learning and so our tutors also have access to resources from The Institute that offers the most up-to-date online resources and assessments to support the delivery of our Inclusive Leadership training programme. The Hub, the community forum, gives them the space to network, learn and support each other, and Explore means that they can use The Institute leadership resources to support their learning materials.
